"Quilt Your Story" Book Signing & Trunk Show
You may know Kristin La Flamme as the fabric coordinator at our Lake Oswego store, but she’s also an accomplished quilter, and now author. Her book, “Quilt Your Story,” is all about turning treasured textiles, such as baby clothes, favorite shirts, or well-used uniforms, into beautiful and useful keepsakes. The book has step by step instructions and plenty of tips for novice and adventurous sewists alike. Plus, each project is introduced with the story behind it to further inspire readers. Join Kristin for a book signing and trunk show where she’ll show us many of the quilts and sewn projects from “Quilt Your Story” and will tell us about the path from first idea to finished book. Attendees will be able to purchase the book directly from Kristin at the event, and we’ll have them in stock at our Lake Oswego store afterwards.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
